Founded in 1994, the Dutch Lotus User Group 'SNUG' now celebrates it's 15th anniversary in 2009. This year's conference on 29 & 30 October in Amsterdam is bigger than ever before. Over two days, more than 300 attendees are expected, from both the Netherlands and Belgium. The Amsterdam area is a perfect location for both local and international visitors. There is an excellent accessibility thanks to the great public transport and the international Amsterdam airport (Schiphol) nearby.

The Netherlands, the 16th biggest economy worldwide, counts numerous multi-national enterprises and a strong SMB market. IT management, developers, consultants and admin/infrastructure specialists from these companies will be looking for solutions, strategies and tools to facilitate their daily work.

Even while some sessions are in Dutch, the default language for the conference is English.

We are so confident about the succes of this event, that we have included a unique money-back clause in our sponsor agreements: if the number of registered attendees stays below 100, you get a refund of 66% of your fee; if the number of registered atendees stays below 200, you are refunded with 33% of your sponsorship fee.  The Exhibition / Showcase Area: Central meeting spot
To maximize contact between attendees and sponsors / exhibitors, we have arranged that all catering is in or around the exhibition area. You won't be put in a backroom. Instead all exhibitors will be in the central meeting and catering area where people grab a coffee or a sandwich.
Your Options
At the conference, you can select any of the following sponsor packages: Platinum, Gold, or Exhibitor sponsor. Details are described below. Options can be combined for business partners that operate together for both sponsorship as for exhibitor space.

The 'small print'
VAT - all prices mentioned are excluding Dutch VAT. VAT is - however - not applicable under these circumstances:
1) Your company has both an invoice address and a legal VAT number within the European Union, not being the Netherlands
2) Your company is based outside the European Union
In all other circumstances (including all Dutch Business partners), a 19% VAT is added.
Sponsorship only valid after payment.
Your status as sponsor will only be valid if payment has been received in full. SNUG will do everything possible to assist a smooth billing process to assist you. Unfortunately we cannot handle credit card payments, so wire transfer or certified checkes are preferred.
Sponsorship on first-come / first-serve base
We cannot guarantee you any particular order or right, unless you have agreed so with one of our board members and payment has been received in full at the same time.
Money-back Clause
This applies to the number of registered attendees, not the actual visitors. This is because it is not possible to count our visitors when people can visit on either Thursday or Friday or both. For you as sponsor, the most important thing is your visibility on at least 1 occasion. That is why we plan to find out which day will be most popular among our visitors. Another cause for no-shows could be disasters and other situations of 'force majeure' outside our control. In case of money back, we send you both a credit invoice and the payment within 30 days after the conference.
Each exhibition area booth consists of the following:
1) Signage with your company logo, company or product name, 2-3 lines of text about you
2) Desk (including non-lockable closet) of about 1 mtr high, 1 mtr wide, 50 cm deep
3) Socket with 220V AC current
