Looking at real life case studies, we shall examine how a lack of monitoring and reporting had a very negative impact on a company's profits and bottom line.
Then we shall review how effective monitoring and control can save you money. We will outline some of the basics of delivering and reporting on quality service delivery, outlining some basic ITIL Principles. At the end of the session you will be able to discuss the presentation with some of the real Lotus customers that actually use the solutions discussed.
