Love it or hate it, Twitter is a phenomenon. Everyone is talking about it. Celebrities like Oprah Winfrey, Stephen Fry and André Rieu use Twitter to keep in touch with their audiences. Businesses are employing it to engage with their customers. Set to reach 50 million users one of these days, the service has shown sustained growth for more than two years. What are the secrets behind all that?
Paulus Veltman will start his session with a (very) short introduction to the basic concepts of Twitter. Next, he will share tips and insights from his two-year personal experience, using examples that will vividly show why Twitter is so special. Much will easily translate to other social media, so you don't need to be a Twitter fan to get something out of this session. Expect plenty of interaction.
