Companies, organizations and self-employed professionals are rapidly discovering Twitter as a business tool. Old ways of "push" marketing are becoming less effective. Twitter, and other social media, can help to build new, meaningful relationships with customers.
In this session, Paulus Veltman will discuss how you can improve your business and personal brand using Twitter. Most of his talk will focus on real-life examples of successsful - and not so successful - strategies. Some useful tools are introduced, too. Many of the speaker's insights will easily translate to other social media, so you don't need to be a Twitter fan to get something out of this session. Expect plenty of interaction.
